As Chief Operating Officer, he plays a pivotal role in translating the company's growth strategy into execution. He oversees operational efficiency, strategic sourcing and procurement, resource allocation, manpower planning and sales execution, ensuring that the organisation is positioned for disciplined and sustainable growth.

His extensive industry experience enables Frederick Healthcare to strengthen supplier relationships, maintain product quality, optimise operating costs, develop high-performing teams and execute market-focused sales strategies.

With a strong combination of commercial acumen, operational discipline and hands-on pharmaceutical expertise, Puneet is a key member of Frederick Healthcare's leadership team, focused on scaling operations, improving profitability, expanding market presence and creating long-term stakeholder value.

Jaya Monga is a strategic sales and operations leader with over 24 years of diverse experience across international business development, healthcare, education, wellness, franchising and insurance. She has a proven track record in building global partnerships, driving revenue growth and leading large teams.

As Head of International Sales at Frederick Healthcare since January 2025, she spearheads global sales strategy, market expansion across Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and the building of strategic partnerships.

Her extensive background includes leadership roles at LifeLine India, Franchise India Brands Ltd., Aakash Educational Services Ltd., VLCC Healthcare Ltd., Cosmic Structures Ltd., Bennett, Coleman & Co. and Max New York Life Insurance.
